Cuauhtémoc, Alcaldía Cuauhtémoc, C.P. 06500, in accordance with Article 15 and other applicable provisions of the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties, hereby informs you of the following:

Purpose and Use of Data: The personal data provided will be used for (i) hiring purposes, (ii) administrative purposes, (iii) statistical purposes, (iv) sending you information related to services previously contracted by you, (v) evaluating the quality of our services, and (vi) fulfilling obligations contracted with you. NOR-SEG will safeguard your personal data based on the principles of legality, quality, consent, information, purpose, loyalty, and responsibility established by the Law.

Rights of Access, Rectification, Cancellation, and Opposition: Regarding your personal data, you have the right to access, rectify, update, and cancel your personal data, as well as to oppose its processing or revoke the consent previously granted to us. The mechanisms implemented to exercise these rights are through the submission of the corresponding request, which is available at NOR-SEG’s offices at the address previously mentioned, as well as any information about the procedure through the following contact: datospersonales@nor-seg.com.mx, indicating your name, full address, documents proving your identity, clearly stating your relationship with the Company (e.g., employee, client, supplier, etc.), and clearly and precisely specifying the personal data for which you are requesting access, rectification, update, or cancellation, as well as the elements or documents where such personal data can be found.

If the user does not express opposition to the transfer of their personal and sensitive data, it will be understood that they have given their consent for such transfer.
